This might sound a little odd but why is the CEO of IDGC communicating with an individual investors/shareholder and not putting out and official company communication indicating there will be a shareholder meeting/call scheduled for next week? This is all to familiar from the past...

I work for a publicly traded company and anytime the CEO wants to communicate to the investors/shareholder via a shareholder meeting/call this is communicated out well in advance of the actual date. I know this may be asking a lot of DuFort but his is the CEO of ID Global Corp right?

I just want to make sure that I have a good understanding of what's going on with IDGC. ID Global Corp. (CEO DuFort) is currently in the process of setting up operations at the new corporate HQ located at 2801 Lakeside Dr., Ste. 207, Bannockburn, IL 60015.

The new "phone numbers" should be in place by the 15th which oddly enough is on a Sunday "IF" he's talking about this month. If he's talking about next month that will be a Tuesday and this make sense. Now the question is "on what date has ID Global (DuFort) set aside for the official company shareholder meeting/call?"

Seems as if there's a gap in doing a conference call "IF" phone service won't be available until the 15th of this month or next.
