Let's just say that $10 Million was distributed in the divy and it all gets clawed back. What becomes of the amount over $4 million, the amount in dispute? Does the excess get redistributed to us shareholders? That would be a real nightmare.
Or worse, what if CRGP absconds with the lion's share and only we legit (not insiders)shareholders have to pony up the $4 million amount to COR?
