....and find reason that they do need to investigate further and might suspect that the tipster just might possibly have more to offer..just depends on the investigation..

I wonder... will the SEC inquire into the "tipster" and how much the tipster may have lost trading ERBB? I am about certain this is one HUGE bit of info the SEC will be very interested in and might just lead the SEC into understanding the agenda behind such nauseous complaints.

But like you and I agree on.... we will never know the outcome of these so called SEC complaints.
