SEC will not contact us about erbb, either way about their findings. But they do take your email and phone contact should they review your "data" and find reason that they do need to investigate further and might suspect that the tipster just might possibly have more to offer..just depends on the investigation..

It is surprising that Shearin has toned down his rhetoric and PRs bigtime since the recent SEC talk and financials confirming that erbb did not acquire proxima,ogtea or trackx....and now we find out a new COO in the works,,,,hmmm? ...SEC just might be inquiring a bit further now that they know what we know about the apparent aquisition lies..SEC just might have knocked on erbb's door recently for further explanation...SEC is a different animal that the dtc chill bunch..
