Slurpy wasn't as much involved with CMKX as he was PCBM. By that time, Treffry took the reins, followed by McCurddy and a few others.
Vinny was "well connected" if you know what I mean. Makes ya realize how screwed up the system is.
and I think you give way too much credit to the SEC. I dealt with them on HTSF before PCBM and learned quickly, they just wanted to collect some money in fines and didn't really care about the rest....of course, that was when companies were illegally printing shares in the millions and not billions.
