I am over 3 years deep on this with average $3.50-$4.00. I think the chance of a run-up before REDUCE-IT isn't high. The reason is due to the precarious financial situation and the near certain need for further financing. That is what is holding this stock back...the atrocious balance sheet and large negative cash flow.
I like your $7-10, which is why I have been clamoring for years for them to sell for $5-7....and in that buyout, attach CVRs for another $5-7 on positive REDUCE-IT. Yeah I know what people are gonna say...why sell for "chump change"!!! Well, when you are a flat out broke company with large debt that 100% completely rides on REDUCE-IT, you can't exactly name your price! Lock in gains for investors and give us stress free major upside if REDUCE-IT hits. Then if it doesn't hit, oh well, we still made money. Win win for everyone, no?
