And it seems more and more that he may be the true control person of all stock issued to Acquest Capital Group Inc and that Ashley Pudinski was just a front for Michael J Black to issue free trading shares to himself in SAFS/SAFSD, HNSS, and INAR to dump into the market illegally for huge profits.
I remember that AVOP had some really ugly dilution in 2015 then it did a huge 1:20,000 reverse split on March 30, 2016
From the filings since the 1:20,000 reverse split:
The 1:20,000 reverse split took the O/S down to 315,621 shares.
After the reverse split, on April 4th, AVOP issued 75,000,000 shares for the acquisition of some Delaware business entity called Lost in Space, LLC. Those shares were no doubt to raise the O/S to start issuing more free trading stock for debt.
Then on April 12th AVOP issued 7,000,000 free trading shares to Michael Black (Neoventive LLC) to pay off $700 in debt ($.0001/share) at a time when the stock was trading near $1.00/share
Then on May 6th AVOP issued 1,200,000 free trading shares of stock at $.01/share to Erika Yesenia Peralta Hernandez to pay off $12,000 in debt. That names sounds to me like some foreigner acting as a nominee but I haven't done enough digging to say for sure who she is. I just know that AVOP has used her to issue tons of free trading stock in the past before the reverse split as well.
Those 8,200,000 free trading shares were dumped into the market for huge profits.
Between May 6th and June 30th AVOP got some incredible pump and dump type action with Michael Black and Erika Peralta selling their shares for huge profits. Black could have easily hauled in over $3,000,000 from his 7,000,000 shares given to him for just $700 worth of debt
The price has fallen since then to $.23/share but the balance sheet shows that there is much more super discounted free trading stock to come. As of September 29, 2016 there was still $150,499 in convertible debt on the balance sheet. That means a lot more free trading shares coming especially since they use $.0001/share for the conversion ratio for the debt owed to Neoventive LLC (Michael Black)
