Geez Janice, you could not be more wrong. If he died in the hospital, ESPECIALLY if he died of something non related, they absolutely would do an autopsy. Certainly Urbie had life insurance, and even if he didn't, the hospital would do one to try to protect themselves from a future lawsuit.

By the way, sent some information on this case to a high end lawyer who does nothing but serious med-mal cases. They said, this is a case they would take a look at handling.
