Eastern Capital (Dart) was the only group to benefit from the reduction in price of the A-1 warrants, as they are group that owns A-1 series warrants. The rest of warrants holders hold "A warrants" which are different from A-1.

Hopefully we will have heard by then from the FDA and it won't dip below .50. I can't afford many more dips. I own so much already (overextended )
If I was management I wouldn't release any news until after that date.
As for the OS I believe with all the warrants exersised they had mentioned it would be in the 110M share range. That's not that bad. If they were to do a rs I don't believe it would be more than 1:4.
Just some thoughts. Meaningless really.
