It's an adjunct therapy, not to replace standard therapy.

It costs 500,000.000 per year and only adds (perhaps) 3 months.

It's PFS was only 7 months.

It's akin to the new competing CI's coming along for the exact same indications at about the same time.

It's an alternative, not SOC.

I'm glad patients have alternative options.

It's side effects can include more headaches and convulsions than would otherwise be expected.
