I should clarify that I'm assuming he 'is aware' these documents have become public. I agree it's pointless to do so himself as he would soon be out of a job. But if I'm Jason and I see the first one on a public board, wouldn't I try to lock things down and prevent future leaks? He's supposed to minding his Ps and Qs, not just because he's a TA, but because his TA brother did jail time. If I was him I'd have hit the ceiling by now trying to determine the source of these documents and done everything in my power to notify the authorites and plug the leak.
Perhaps, but it would not be to hard for him to have someone else do the leaking for him... Besides there was more than 6+ people average who got copied on every transaction...and there was plenty of them daily
