Not if, CSM was liable and paid $600,000 and yes, you think the FDA wanted Peregrine going after older CSM "sealed to the public" cases such as with Merix. What does that tell you that now CSM has 2 sealed to the public cases ??? and everything is politics... who do you think lobbies all the politicians ? you think they just give money to groups for nothing lol

First if CSM were so liable why did they get off so cheaply and get to keep records sealed?

Because PPHM was limited to a breach of contract action and the contract limited CSM's exposure. The amount of settlement has little bearing on CSM's culpability.
