$600k is a small portion of what pphm lost. There are people here who would have seem to have lost that much. Why did csm get off so cheaply if they were so culpable. No I don't think fda cares about 2 contract disputes/botched trials from little csm or pphm. You think csm or pphm are spending millions on lobbyists? There is always an excuse for ppphm mess-ups - but the $1 share price tells that pros don't believe it.
Sounds like more excuses for PPHM. If PPHM really, truly had CSM dead to rights, sealed cases or not, it would be a matter of principle, not what the FDA 'wanted'.
