Your point is completely valid. It's not some statistical oddity.
There's a sensible logic behind it. Basically word ALWAYS slips out, and that moves the stocks the direction of the outcome. Under $300 million obviously the market knows the trial will fail.

I'm NOT calling for that YET (maybe later) for Sunrise - there's still time, but unfortunately I have zero confidence in PPHM doing what it takes to turn the stock trend. They simply do not learn from past mistakes.

Will shareholders wake them up? Let's hope so.

Stone road....as an observation of the Fernstein Rule....you said 0-15 have made it so far. How many of those 15 have a really viable drug and was going it alone and was diluting its shareholders to this extent....and was sabotaged. Now, look at those who did succeed because their MC was over $300 million....how many of those were doing it on their own, was diluting its shareholders to this extent....and was sabotaged? The Fraudstein rule is just basic logic....if a company has a trial that is successful, news leaks before the FDA approval and the MC goes way up...ergo...not that hard to make that $300 million mark. Word also leaks beforehand on trial failure so MC drops before trial results are released. No brainer here. PPHM is unique....very unigue....that is why when it does blast off....it will be glorious!
