Megas will have no choice but to put any money recieved for shares into the company. Additional shares delute our stock and thus impact the shareholders. But if this was done to fix the problem and the comapny recieved money for it then thats a good thing. Of course how much money per share determings how good it is for us shareholders. Now there is still a ton of NSS out there that has to be dealt with in a different way. This should also be good for us shareholders. It appears now that the filings are done that we will find out just how good things are when Megas tells us in a PR !
