I agree that any funds should go to the company. Often, though, we see management ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders, forgetting that management works for shareholders and not the other way around.

As to the critical issue of shares for the float, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. I agree with you that, based on Megas' statements of the issuance of counterfeit or wrongfully issued shares, there should be some shares that need to be "covered," in essence. Will it be significant compared to the size of the float when BCIT starts trading?

Without this scenario, I haven't seen anything that makes this anything other than a shell with a ton of shares, shares that may have been issued without proper consideration for the fiduciary concepts referred to hereinabove or with some straining of the anti-manipulation provisions of the SEC acts and regulations thereunder.
