Megas would have received cash for any shares that he legitimizes. That cash is now in the company. This will be good for us. Now the brokers whom have shorted BCIT must cover their Naked short position. Their position had to be naked as their were not enough shares for them to borrow to legalize their short position. On July 3rd short interest in all Pinks and OTCBB stocks will be published. This does not give them alot of time to cover.
