If Megas has, in fact, sold out by making the shares he claimed (and possibly misled s/h's into thinking) were wrongly issued or counterfeit, part of the authorized and outstanding shares, how is there any possibility that this is worth more than a shell value?

The consideration received for the shares - does anyone know the final numbers and whether or not it has been "spent."
