There is no more speculation. It's all what one wants to believe as far as the buying since .07 PS.
1. People bought on the somewhat hidden news that Oct. 16th, the judge will hear arguments on EC formation. positive news.
2. MM's suppressed valuation to ridiculous .07, and spring back was a natural reaction when shorts couldn't buy more shares (see Xena's sticky).
3. Some Big Boy insider(s), heard something and starting buying pieces. (also, over 10% daily brings the 'what's happening here' bunch).
...and when someone tells you that they 'know' what going to happen in advance. - RUN, Don't Walk ! Especially when they tell you how much they are going to sell and when.
