To add Realist, the company can ask for several smaller increases ( say 50 million) as needed at each ASM in the future. No need to ask for it all up front...that sends a bad message to the market at a time when that sort of message is not beneficial to shareholders or the company.
My fear is management has gotten so use to selling shares on the cheap ( which i understand was necessary after the sabotage to get back on track) that maybe they have lost focus that we shareholders matter. We need to tell them that if they want more, we need to know why....that our future justifies the selling off the company on they cheap. It doesn't serve shareholders interest to sell shares at $1.18 when in a year or less they could have a second look in and sell those same shares for $5+.
