LOL, since that's worked out so well for the last umpteen years as they've diluted into near oblivion and watched the stock lose most of it's value. Long overdue to put a stop to the shareholder abuse. And if that were to happen, as a bonus you might actually get investors interested enough to buy shares and move the stock price up - imagine that. What a concept which has been lost on the current group running the show.
Sorry but when pphm went public they gave up the right to run the company like a private family business. Since they have refused to do this, few institutions will get involved at this stage. Accountable to shareholders, the owners of the company - yeah, who would want that.
