I agree ha ha! Near term IS an important timeframe to nail down, especially if y'all are retired as I am or a younger whipper-snapper that has much more "time" on their biological clock if you know what I mean ;-)

I keep telling wife.com that I'm starting to have my doubts if I'll ever see the fruits of our GTE investing labor but I feel sure that some day she will be a wealthy 'fat 'n sassy' widow...
