It seems you missed the email from Adam Carter about there being a Huge glitch/error with the way the dividend was paid out.

Your client Nobilis Consulting LLC has asked me to reach out to you.
As you are aware there has been a huge glitch/error on how the dividend was supposed to be paid out.

We are currently in conversations with DTCC and will be resolving this issue over the next couple of days.

There is absolutely no reason for closing your clients account as they are not at fault here. Once again this was a problem created by FINRA and not your client Nobilis Consulting LLC.

And Etrade expects to gain, and keep customers how? after the way they handled this. And if I am a customer who knows what is happening with other tickers I hold based on how this was handled.

Just my opinion only based on my knowledge that etrade is the only one that had placed a hold on FINRA approved dividend.
