ootommy, orda, more to the point, Wave can't just raise money at market with institutional investors before they are delisted, because if Wave didn't file this RS proposal there would be no "before" - they would be on the Capital Market. Moreover, it's a funny thing, the institutional investors tend to know when a company is facing delisting and want assurance. It's not a secret shared only on the iHub board.
