#3 then can you maybe try to answer this please? poss.up to or more $50 mill comming? who knows? These private transactions, if consummated, would result in a change in control with a new Board of Directors and new management. These investors are planning to invest additional working capital resources in the Company. Why would they invest in a company going bankrupt? :-)

It was all about control of company ! robert leon and george schilling wanted to take company into licensing { mendoza aka THUG ! disagreed ! why would you work with a guy who tied your hands ! robert was compensated he now works for sprint ! the suit he file against calypso [ mendoza ] was to try and get back money he and george spent on trips to hong kong and taiwan ! only $ 15,000 THUG mendoza wouldn't reimburse expense's PISS ROBERT OFF !! and finally left sold shares and made millions. George Schilling business plan was to license products technology but again mendoza aka THUG said no !! Now 18 mnths latter they are going with licensing business plan !! Mendoza THUG !! finally get's it !! Sharma knows technology works and is confident calypso will sign licensing deals with OEMs. he is in talk's with them now !! Buy low sell high IT WILL HAPPEN ! new management is behind technology and behind Sharma !! PR is coming by end off month ! then bashers & pumpers will know the full story !! Influx of money is coming to help market and license to OEM ! A$NAP AS LONG AS IT TAKE !! KEEP THE FAITH SHARMA IS THE RIGHT MAN AT THE RIGHT TIME FOR CALYPSO !!
