#3 then can you maybe try to answer this please? poss.up to or more $50 mill comming? who knows? These private transactions, if consummated, would result in a change in control with a new Board of Directors and new management. These investors are planning to invest additional working capital resources in the Company. Why would they invest in a company going bankrupt?
