FDIC intercepted our assets to make sure claims are covered. No court would move these assets back to ESCROW HOLDERS before these claims are closed or else they would never be closed! I don't like it...but I understand why they are doing it.
If the court allowed monies/assets to flow to escrow before the FDIC closed these claims, there would be no recourse for their claims. They certainly wouldn't be suing escrow holders who received their cash prematurely.
We will wait.
I'm out of time. I literally can't afford to wait...$150k in student loans...will have doubled since this debacle began.
Whatever happens with Escrow or WMIH...it needs to happen soon.
