On Canadian markets, an audit is required every year. Less litigation in Canada, so the cost of an audit is somewhat less.

CRGP would never have gotten very far at all if it had to have an audit.
And Cdn mining companies must have an NI43-101 signed off by an independent professional geologist expert.
Another thing the CRGP never had.
