On the good news part, since the issuer went dark in 2006, Bryan Glass took custodial of the abandoned issuer in August of 2008. It remained a shell until 2010 when he sold it (so to speak). So, there you have it, every share ever sold in the open market is unregistered. Shell company!!!
Bryan Glass was one of a few different shell hijackers that used Bryan Clark for their court appointed hijackings starting in 2005.
Before 2005 hijackers just made new entities by the same name as the old to steal the shells. It was often common for the shell hijackers to quickly re-domicile their stolen shells to a new state then change the name of the shell to cover their tracks.
In January of 2005 the shell stealing game changed. Hijackers figured out they could go through the court system and file for custodianship of the abandoned shells starting in Nevada using attorney Bryan Clark and his staff at Cane Clark LLP.
Later in 2006 and 2007 some of the more common shell hijackers started using the courts to gain control of shells in Florida, California, and Colorado also. In other states like Delaware and Wyoming it has remained common for people to steal shells the old fashion way by creating new entities by the same name of the old entities that were removed from the system after so many years of inactivity and unpaid taxes.

Glass did about a dozen custodianship filings with Bryan Clark from 2005 - 2008 including Amarium Technologies Inc in 2008 which of course now trades as CRGP
