I've read the posts here. My point is that special dividends have special timelines. Surprised it hasn't been exploited more by the penny scammers. Some exchange traded stocks with debt holders have been using it for years though without the obvious 400% in additional dilution.

Will CRGP join RIVT as having both a U3 Halt to brag about and being on the grays at Tuesday's open, or will it be Wednesday's?

Because CRGP had trades on the 26th does that count as day one of four, or is day one the 27th?
