COR knows they're getting massively fined for throwing around 400mm fun coupons that didn't exist. So they're trying to play tough guy and sue CRGP.

This is the reason for the halt, they have to lock in everything until a clear determination can be made. Again I hate to say it, I'm 2.5+ mil shares in, it was filed 2 days ago and 2 days ago it stopped trading.
