Not true. There were many people who thought this company was a real mining company. And apparently many still do. That's why I asked what it would take to convince them otherwise.
As for it being just a matter of time for FINRA and SEC to "strike", that is not a given for most pinksheet scams. Most get away with it. This one didn't. I look for this to be much more than just a FINRA trading halt, but it will take some time.
