seems more sensible in this crazy volatile and collapsing market....NOT to make proclamations that price wll never fall to a target . I try to show my charts , and show where the target markers are and leave it at that. The targets are on the chart. whether price eventually goes there or not....I cant predict and neither can you.
You can place your bids at 1.19 or 1.36 if you like....I'll keep mine closer to 1 dollar. Good luck.
