it the majority of the shares were restricted, then where are these shares coming from to have sold the stock down from $2's to .07?

If the stock reverse split, the OS would go down not up, so where are these shares coming from?

Restricted stock - maybe Orinoco bought into a goldmine in Columbia called El Alacran

Also, if it is restricted stock, I am sure the price of the stock they received was much higher than .07 and they would want to see the PPS much higher than this

When I say they, I mean whoever received the restricted stock - hopefully the El Alacran Gold Mine owners
