It never really was, the shell was hijacked and shares sold unregistered. The previous owners of the shell never knew anything about the new guys stealing the shell and forging their names to make it look like a new company. imo

Strange thing about this, the TA sometime ago claimed to be in touch with EAGM, in fact the TA let the cat out the bag, we found out about the name change from the TA....

It was supposedly Cayanne or something...

Looks like this one may be a looser.

I haven't lately, but did in the past and always got the voice message system. I think many people have left messages that never got returned.

I visited the Toronto located last summer and found our company was no longer there. The building security guard could not tell me when they had left but I got the impression it had been months prior to my visit.

My thinking has three possible reasons.

1 - Non payment of services
2 - covering of tracks
3 - updating

I've used mstep's information and called GKG.NET. I spoke with someone who told me the hosting company is ThePlanet.com and I should speak with them regarding the password protect.

I called ThePlanet.com and they were reluctent to provide me with any information since I do not own the site. But, after a little "pretty pleasing" I was told that it did not appear to be billing issues. They also said I needed to speak with the site administrator, who is Rafael Delgrado and his email address could be [e-mail].
