#94232 RE: janice shell #94223

CRGP - I can't find where Global Infinitum Market SA de CV is incorporated and the filings don't disclose where they are incorporated.

I'm assuming it is incorporated in Mexico or some offshore tax haven.

Only place I checked was Panama and the Marshall Islands since they have free online services available. Didn't find it in either of those places.

I haven't spent much time looking at CRGP I just remember it well from when it was AMMG (big Stock Tips promotion) back in August 2013. I also glanced at the recent filings.

Unfortunately its a non-SEC reporting company so their unregulated OTC filings help very little. They could say anything they want in those - doesn't make it true.

I glanced a little bit at its history. It used to trade as Cirond Corp until 2006 then it got abandoned right after a name change to Amarium Technologies, Inc.

The ticker owed somebody named Adam Lessman some money so he took them to court in Clark County, Nevada. In 2007 Lessman won a judgment for $1,920,000.00 plus Attorney Fees of $213,469.50, Costs of $11553.92 and $84,393.45 in interest for a grand total of $2,229,416.87.

My guess is they couldn't pay him so he gained control of the shell.

A fairly well known shell hijacker named Bryan Glass reinstated the ticker in January of 2009 then filed a Form 15 for the ticker in May of 2009.

According to the CRGP filings, Glass found a buyer for the ticker in 2010 then the new owners signed a financing agreement with Global Infinitum Market SA de CV on the same day they gained control of the shell. I'm a little suspicious about that 2010 date though. I think it is possible that the buyers backdated the purchase agreement and the debt Note owed to Global Infinitum Market SA de CV so that they could issue stock and get a paid promo going for the ticker. The 2010 date doesn't match any of the other mining related agreements in their filings. All the other mining related agreements happened in 2013.

My guess would be that some anonymous CRGP insider actually controls Global Infinitum Market SA de CV and is issuing and selling stock illegally by hiding their ownership of Global Infinitum Market SA de CV and/or their affiliation to the ticker. But isn't that how all these paid promo type tickers usually work?

Samsamsamiam found an interesting connection between CRGP and PWEI. PWEI was linked to Gregg Mulholland, Phil Kueber, Andrew Coldidcutt, and Luis Carrillo. Certainly enough big names there to explain why AMMG got a big paid promotion from Stock Tips back in August of 2013.

CRGP wouldn't be the first Mexican mining company to have links to this group. CRWV, ABOT, and WIIM were three others. Then we had SRGE which had some links to Luis Carrillo. CRWV and ABOT both ran their paid promos the same. They were abandoned tickers brought back to life and they both used back dated debt Notes to issue a bunch of super discounted free trading stock. SRGE also used a cash dividend to help with its big pump.
