The first divi was announced on June 16, so 3-months later on a quarterly would be Sept. 16.

Unless someone has a good reason to think otherwise, that's the date I would look for the next dividend news :-)

email the company about the dividend announcement/ update as a lot of folks dont know the details and watch them shorts cover. I will email now , but if many investors do the same they will act on it.

Doubt that. I think more likely by the end of next month. I do think we will have lots of news coming out in these next few weeks but that one will be last.

IMHO most likely the order will be:
1) Jovita full production+/engineering firm.
2) xxxx shares additionally bought back and NOW RETIRED.
3) New dividend announced.
