Looks to be a strategic decision. Once 59 is out - they lock the float and release the updates. These guys have big plans and we know the next transaction will be at higher prices due to the value of the company and not the current depressed PPS. We are here due to debt conversions. The value of the company is much higher.
Exactly right. This is why $PVSP at this level is a screaming BUY. I want more 4s but I am thinking 5s and 6s gonna go quickly early this week on more news and filings !
