exactly folks are really confusing the share price with the fundamental potential here- positive income on 5-6 million in revenue company with soon to be nominal debts

They wanted to let out all the convertibles out at low prices and get them out of the way. The rest should be handled in a more friendly manner and they outline cash & restricted equity for the rest
