Sporty.......what do you make of Orotecno incorporating in Hong Kong in May....is this the same company? Coincidence it was in May when all these court dates happened?

I searched OROT as well as Orotecno on Pacer and couldn't find any cases.
Please provide a case number and I'll post the findings here.

I had to search for Sierra Resource to find anything relevant.

There's no proof that OROT cut a check to SIRG. The reorg plan stated that they would pay $100,000 up front and balance in installments.
Please provide proof the entire $1.1mil has been paid.
