THE REALITY OF THE SITUATION:

Many of you are focusing on issues which are not germane to the SIRGQ situation as it stands right now.

The "Q" has not yet been removed because FINRA is awaiting the application from OROT management, presumably, (more on that later), to have it removed. Many are focusing on the official removal, yet entirely missing the fact that the "Q" is ostensibly already removed by means of the BK dismissal in June. Let me be VERY CLEAR on this: SIRG IS NO LONGER BANKRUPT. Stop focusing on the Q removal, as it is FACT, NOT IF BUT WHEN. NOT DEBATABLE, FACT.

As to OROT and their relationship with SIRG in this series. Read the Pacer filings. OROT wrote a $1.1 million dollar check to get SIRG OUT OF BANKRUPTCY. This is not an inconsequential amount of money we are talking about. If you apply any simplistic logic to this situation you will draw the following conclusions:

OROT, a non-publicly traded corporation desires badly to be a publicly traded corporation. OROT is a tenured mining company in Ecuador with over 670 employees. They just wrote a check to a publicly traded mining company, SIRG, to get first dibs on their mining claims. Look at the posted geological assays on SIRG's land. Copper and Gold. Now, follow me on this: OROT recognizes the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. They ostensibly rescue SIRG from the ravaging lawyers, preserve the business entity and stand in line first and foremost to work an MOU with SIRG. I believe, that MOU will entail a reverse merger through SIRG. This accomplishes both gaining the assets of SIRG and becoming a publicly traded company. What is in it for SIRG? They do not lose all of their financial interests in the land. As previously and publicly disclosed, SIRG can earn up to a 5% working interest in the mine, and that is without bonuses, salary as consultants and probably stock options. If you follow the Pacer, the publicly available information, and look up OROT, you will come to the same conclusions. I grew weary of the silliness and felt compelled to outline this theory publicly.

This is as close to a slam dunk as you will find, in my educated opinion.
