My first relation was the hell with it, go to small cap. The problem is that on small cap it will make capital raising much more complicated.
On small cap there are a whole group of investors who will not buy into our story reducing our upside potential
On small cap any registered offering will require compliance with blue sky laws that are very cumbersome. We would need a minimum bid of 5 to be re-listed.
Our timing has been driven by the Nasdaq process and we have waited as long as was possible to achieve 1 dollar compliance but were not able to. This is the next step to carry the process to July 24th. I understand the psychological impact. We will work hard to minimize that through clear communication and continued progress with the business.
