Don't players go into/out of slumps? Isn't it somewhat unrealistic to expect the same level of play for 160 games?

Shouldn't of won the MVP. Ortiz should have first of all. Not playing defense very often is better than playing poor defense.

And in the second place the MVP has nothing to do with my post. As usual you throw red herrings into every comment to try to deflect the conversation.
