I completely understand your point, I just don't necessarily agree that after Watson loses their appeal, it will tarnish FDA much further - the biggest damage came in Judge Moss's ruling.
I definitely think that this appeal puts FDA in a lose-lose situation, they had to go from being AMRN's adversary to their teammate.
