LOUIE, which would cause more damage to the FDA - Watson winning their appeal (I can't figure out what precedent this would set) or AMRN winning the PI (which would enable companies to market off label)? Can't be the latter, since FDA aren't giving ANCHOR.
JL, were you saying that FDA opposed Watson's appeal because if Watson won and AMRN appealed, that would go to supreme court? This fear of going to supreme court seems rational to me.
