If I were the company I would put out a pr to address the short issue.
The Company has noted some irregular market trading. In an effort to identify any manner of inappropriate activity, the Company is pulling all shareholders reports dating as far back as 1998. The irregular trading appears to identify shareholder(s) operating from a small independent firm in New Jersey. Regulatory has been advised, and is being forwarded all reports as well as the NOBO report ordered this week.
