If I were the company I would continue to work towards updating financial information to posture same for a reverse merger which would benefit all shareholders. Why delve into a potential huge problem the market makers will experience when a reverse merger is announced? Do you know what a short squeeze is? That possible short squeeze is why I am a shareholder. I'm here to make money and if it requires putting some greedy market makers feet to the fire to cover years of selling shares they cannot easily produce then I am more than ok with that. Is there something I am missing with regard to all the fuss about who owns shares and who sold shares?
"The irregular trading appears to identify shareholder(s) operating from a small independent firm in New Jersey."
There is no evidence to support the quoted statement. Is that what you feel the company should include in a press release or are you suggesting that they fabricate some facts of their own?
