Interesting, thanks. I agree, hopefully there has been progress made. Obviously whatever is in the transcript is being shielded for a reason... maybe it is just a record of the initial discussions that took place on 08/06. Anyway, I do find it very interesting that it is the only sealed transcript I can find in the docket.
