Asked a NY litigator friend her interpretation of the filing. Basically can't infer too much from the fact a sealed transcript was filed. She thought that the fact the case is still listed as Active suggests a definitive settlement hasn't been reached.

I hope at least some progress was made and the parties keep talking.
