The implication is that big cap stocks have none of their own share of loopholes......but let's leave that aside for now......in addition to some arguable points concerning FASC......which I am still targeting for profitability based on the business model.
I do agree with your 3 point conclusions. All fair points. But lets also then allow market buy orders for microcaps again......we should at least apply the same trading rules for small caps and large caps.... if they otherwise have the same reporting requirements.
Allowing market sell orders but disallowing market buy orders created a forced non-level trading field for microcaps.
The elimination of the microcap market buy order 15 years ago was clearly done as a means to discourage pps increases in microcaps vis-a-vis their much larger competitors.......after microcaps had taken a bite out of their market shares in the 90's.
